【仕事内容】


お問い合わせいただいたお客様へ、寝具・インテリア用品の提案業務をお任せします。

【主な内容】

  • ヒアリング

「寝つきが悪い」「首や肩が痛い」など、お客さまのさまざまな悩みを丁寧にヒアリングします。

  • 商品のご提案

ヒアリングした内容に基づき、お客さまに最適な寝具やインテリア用品のご提案を行います。

  • アフターフォロー

お客さまが購入された後も、使用感や満足度などの感想や悩みをお聞きし、より快適な睡眠環境を整えられるようサポートします。

営業のお仕事というよりかは、アドバイザーに近いお仕事内容です。

入社後は、先輩スタッフが同行しお客さまとの商談時も丁寧にサポートを行います。

試用期間後も、先輩スタッフのサポートが充実していますので未経験から始められる方も安心*

勤務も12:00~と朝が苦手な方もゆっくり出社できるのが魅力です*
