【仕事内容】
- 体力勝負の現場は、そろそろ卒業したい
- 未経験でも、モノづくりの中核を担いたい
- 段取りや調整で、仕事の成果を実感したい

白金工業の生産管理は、「製造工程が計画通りに進むよう整える」ポジションです。
製品が完成するまでの流れを一番理解し、現場・工程・スケジュールをつなぐ役割を担います。
現場作業そのものを行う仕事ではなく、モノづくり全体を動かす"管理側"の仕事です。
- 業務の概要
製造工程全体を見渡しながら、材料の手配や工程計画を立て、進捗を確認していきます。
どこで、何が、どの順番で進むのかを把握し、計画通りに製造が進むよう調整します。
- 具体的な業務内容
・生産スケジュールの作成、調整
・工程ごとの進捗管理
・現場との打ち合わせ、調整
・製品完成までの工程管理
工程がスムーズにつながり、予定通りに製品が完成した瞬間、
「自分がこの流れをつくった」という大きな達成感があります。
製品の出来方を一番理解できる立場だからこそ、モノづくりの面白さを深く味わえます。
- 教育・サポート体制

- 必須条件
高卒以上
普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)

【勤務時間】平均労働時間:1年あたり2063時間30分
※時間外手当は別途、全額支給します。
└月30時間/45,000円程度を想定しています。
(時間外労働は月により減増の変動があります)

- 法定労働時間(週40時間)を超える月がありますが、年間を通じて調整されます。
【給与】
月給 21万円〜55万円
※想定年収 345万円〜660万円
※役職者(リーダー以上)でスタートの場合は、以下となります。
└月収:220,000円〜550,000円
└想定年収:3,700,000円〜6,600,000円
※賞与:年2回(7月、12月)、特別賞与あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
