パウチ惣菜は湯せんして盛り付け

メニューは決まっていて安心です

共用部やお部屋の簡単なお掃除

家庭と同じような掃除でOKです

特別な機械や薬品は使いません

車いすの方の入浴やトイレを補助

丁寧なサポートが喜ばれます

洗濯機を使って洋服をお洗濯

操作は簡単家庭と同じ感覚でOK

利用者様との会話や見守りも大切

日勤:9:00~18:00

夜勤:22:00~翌7:00

※実働8時間となります。

※休憩時間:60分

アルバイト・パート勤務の方も多数在籍している為、休憩時間がしっかり取れます

基本給:月給 27万1000円 〜

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

  • 月給271,000円〜

【月給271,000円の場合】

・基本給161,000円

・職能手当60,000円

・業務手当50,000円

(30時間分の固定残業代として支給。超過分は別途支給)

年4回の人事評価制度、年2回の査定がある為、もちろん給与UP可能。
