【具体的な業務内容】
・花束、アレンジメント、スタンド花
などの制作
・水揚げ、下処理、手入れ
・制作にあたっての事前準備
・商品の付属品やパーツの作成など
HanaPrimeの受注数は1日数百件。
ECサイト専業のため接客がなく、制作に
集中できる環境なので、スキルアップの
スピードも非常に速いです。

フラワー制作チームは正社員・
アルバイトに加えて、役員も仕入れ・
商品企画・制作に意欲的に参加しており、
総勢15名ほどです。

【HanaPrime(ハナプライム)のご紹介】
弊社は「HanaPrime」というお花に特化した
通販サイトを運営しております。オンライン
上でフラワーギフトの注文を受け、全国へ
お届けする為のECサイトの運営です。
花束、アレンジメント、スタンド花、
ドライフラワー、胡蝶蘭、観葉植物と
フラワーギフト全般を取り扱っています。
埼玉と大阪に拠点となる倉庫があり、商品を
パッケージ化して全国へお届けしています。
2022年には、お花のサブスクサービスに
本格参入。2022年末には、新たにホーム
ウェディング向けのフラワー事業も開始
しています。レガシーな業界にITを駆使
しながら挑戦を続けています。

1600種類超。花材や植物は提携農園から
直送で仕入れ、商品のパッケージ化と制作
はすべて自社行っていることが強みです。

コロナ禍では業績がすごく伸びました。
今後もおうち需要により、通販事業は

1日の流れ
9:00 出社、ミーティング(出荷数、
物流管理、クレームなど)
9:05 花材の下処理・メンテナンス・
ピックアップ・製作準備
10:30 花束・アレンジメントの製作
(チームで同じものを作ります)
13:00 昼休憩
14:00 製作の続き
16:00 休憩
16:10 製作の続き
17:00 水替え準備
18:00 退社
