仕事内容


■営業

建築内外装系・什器メーカー・物流企業・イベント関連企業から案件を受注しています。案件については地域によって様々ですが、商業施設やオフィスなどの移転やレイアウト変更・内外装工事、イベント会場設営・各種施工などが中心です。

■管理業務

拠点マネジメント、数値管理、経営戦略計画立案・実行、提案資料作成をお任せ。売上利益・実績で拠点のランクが上がり、それに伴って給与や待遇を良くすることも可能です。更に上を目指していきたい方にもぴったりです

■マネジメント業務

拠点は6~7名のメンバーで構成されています。スタッフの手配をする内勤社員や実際に現場で働く現場社員と共に、協力をして案件を完成させましょう


一日の流れ(例)


9:00 出社

朝礼・清掃

メール確認・売上確認・現場のトラブル確認など

12:00 昼食

13:00 営業活動

16:00 翌日の人員稼働数・案件内容確認・報告

17:00 資料・見積作成など

18:00 終業

土,日,祝日,有給,夏季,年末,年始,慶弔 この求人は、営業所長候補のポジションで、年間休日は121日です。完全週休2日制を採用しており、原則として土曜日と日曜日が休みです。研修期間中は月に1回、合同営業所長会議があり、出勤が必要な場合もありますが、代休を取得することが可能です。また、祝日や有給休暇、夏季休暇、年末年始休暇、慶弔休暇、産前・産後休暇、育児休暇も用意されています。
