Job Title: Massage Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed massage therapist to join our team. As a massage therapist, you will provide exceptional massage services to guests using various techniques and products. Your role will involve assessing guest needs, providing body treatments, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products
• Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning service
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
• Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes to ensure guest comfort and safety
• Promote and sell spa/salon services
• Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift
• Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day
• Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service and informing supervisor/manager
• Maintain current licensure in service area

Requirements:

• Licenses in massage therapy or related field
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
