装置テクニシャン:

業務内容

  • 担当エリア内で、生産技術部門と協力して装置およびコスト改善活動をサポートする。
  • 安全トレーニングを受講し、マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。
  • 装置状態の維持・管理の為、標準化された作業手順およびルール を遵守して日常点検やメンテナンス作業を行う。
  • 効率化およびコスト意識を持ち、装置のメンテナンス作業を行う 。
  • 次のシフトへの貢献や詳細なパスダウンのためのコミュニケーシ ョン、日々の問題や作業に対して疑問を上司、チームメンバー、 関係者への報告を行う。
  • 管理文書・教育資料の内容の熟知とアップデートを行う。

    • 必須条件:
    ・高校卒業以上
    ・Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど)基本的なソフトウエアを 使用できる。
    ・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

  • 基本的な半導体に関する知識を有する。
  • 必要な教育を理解し実施することができる。
  • エリアの問題点の把握およびその改善を他のメンバーとともに遂行することができる。

    • プロセステクニシャン:

    業務内容

  • 安全トレーニングを受講し、マイクロン安全ポリシーに従い業務を遂行する。
  • エリア内で、日勤/シフトメンバーと協力してプロセス改善活動をサポートする
  • プロセス異常品・実験ロットを標準化された作業手順およびルール に従って処理し、またプロセス問題解決についてのデータ収集およびまとめを行う。
  • 系統的な問題解決を通して、SPC (統計的工程管理)制御不能問題をアシストして、改善活動を遂行する。
  • 次のシフトへの貢献や詳細なパスダウンのためのコミュニケーションから、日々の問題に関する上司、チームメンバー、関係者への報告を行う。
  • 管理文書・教育資料の内容の熟知とアップデートを行う。

    • 必須条件:
    ・高校卒業以上
