業務内容
ファンクションオーナーとして、ドメインコントローラー開発における低速走行機能の開発全体を統括します。システム要件の定義から設計、実装、検証まで、V字サイクル全体を通して担当機能の開発を主導し、他のFO、システムアーキテクト、SWおよび検証チームと協力しながら、顧客との技術的な窓口として機能します。

- 他のチームと連携し、低速走行機能開発を推進する
- 顧客との技術窓口として低速走行機能の開発成功を確実にする
職務詳細
- 低速走行機能(駐車支援関連)のシステム要件とシステム設計の作成および更新
- 担当機能のすべての要件レベル(ステークホルダーからシステム要件まで)間の双方向のトレーサビリティの確保
- プロジェクトスケジュールと顧客ワーキンググループの期待に基づく、低速走行機能の成熟度計画の定義
- 成熟度計画に基づく開発進捗(SW実装、統合、検証など)の監視
- 顧客会議やテストドライブの主導、社内およびサプライヤーとの設計レビューのサポート
- プロジェクトチームと共に、低速走行機能の問題解決と変更管理の主導
- システム要件に沿ったパフォーマンスKPIの定義と適切な測定手順の開発
- テスト戦略、テストリスト、テストセットアップの最初のレビュー
- プロセス、品質推奨事項、標準化ルールの遵守

募集要項
必須
- 自動車業界またはモビリティ業界で5年以上の経験
- 自動車業界でのADAS/自動運転機能に関わるシステム開発の経験及び実績、それらのプロジェクト管理経験
- 技術領域 駐車支援システムまたは低速走行制御
- 自動車開発プロセスとVモデル方法論の理解
- 要件管理の経験とスキル
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキル
- 日本語 : 流暢な読み書きならびに会話スキル
- 英語 : ビジネスレベルの読み書きならびに会話スキル
- クライアントのステークホルダーやベンダーと効果的なコミュニケーションを行う能力
- 最小限の監督があれば単独で作業できること。さらにチームにおいても積極的かつ効果的に作業できること
- 自己啓発や後輩育成支援に積極的、柔軟かつ熱心に取り組むことができる
- 体系的・構造的・論理的思考を有し、優れた問題解決スキルを備えていること
- MS Office ツール (Outlook、Teams、PowerPoint、Excel、SharePoint、Word) について、実務レベルでのスキルを有すること
