ホテルでの常駐設備管理のお仕事です。電気・空調・給排水設備の点検や小修繕、業者対応などをお任せします。ビル管理経験があればOK手当や賞与、正社員登用ありで安定して働けます。

仕事内容


ホテル内で設備の巡回点検・管理業務を行います。

<主な業務>

・電気、空調、給排水設備の運転監視

・日常点検、定期点検

・小修繕、管球交換

・工事・保守業者の依頼・立ち会い

・報告書作成

・異常時の一次対応
