As a Mobile System Engineer, you are responsible for setting up an evaluation environment and testing, debugging, characterizing, and evaluating the performance of low-power DRAM products in order to evaluate the compatibility of low-power DRAM products on mobile systems.

Mobile System Engineerとして、モバイルシステム上で低電力DRAM製品の互換性評価するため、評価環境の立上げ及び低電力DRAM製品のテスト、デバッグ、特性評価及び性能評価を行えるようにする責任があります。

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, etc. to evaluate and validate LPDRAM on a mobile system. These products include next-generation LPDRAM and PIM.
  • design and develop software for evaluation, verification and analysis.
  • Bring up and debugging the evaluation environment and firmware.

  • 評価、検証及び解析用のソフトウェアの設計、開発を行います。
  • 評価環境及びファームウェアの立上げ、デバッグを行います。

Qualification

Required (either experience is acceptable)

  • Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
  • Experience in software development (Python, C/C++, etc.)

Desired

  • Experience with DRAM Experience with protocol analyzers
  • Experience working with Unix/Linux terminals
  • Experience in system development or evaluation
  • Middle-level English language ability
  • Japanese language capability
