介護老人保健施設での看護師のお仕事です。

【主な業務内容】

・ご利用者さまの健康管理と看護業務

・医師の指示に基づく医療処置

・服薬管理と健康状態の観察

・ご家族さまとの連携・相談対応

・医療記録の作成と管理

ご利用者さまの介護度や病状に合わせて、医療に基づいた介護サービスを提供しております。ご自宅で普通の生活を楽しむかのようなぬくもりのある施設を目指しており、レクリエーションにも力を入れていることが特徴です。

病院から家庭への中間施設として医療サービス・日常生活上のサービスを提供し、家庭復帰の手助けと併せて在宅療養者への在宅支援サービスを提供します。

月給235,800円~、正看護師は268,800円~と経験により優遇

年間休日109日で夏季冬季休暇各3日の計6日も確保

・日勤 08:30~17:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤 16:30~09:00(休憩120分)

※12、1月は月10日休み、2月は月8日休み、他は月9日休み

・夏季冬季休暇:各3日(計6日)
