仕事内容:

大手倉庫内でのカンタン軽作業

取り扱うもの

雨樋

(屋根の降雨を排水するために

軒先に設けられた溝または管のこと)

作業の流れ

1樋の表面に傷やへこみ、

塗装の剥がれなどの

外観異常がないかを確認します。

外観の美観と製品の品質に影響するため、

注意深く行われます。

2樋の長さ、幅、高さなどの寸法が

製品仕様に合っているかを確認します。

正確な寸法は樋の正常な機能を

保つために重要です。

3表面処理が適切に

施されているかを確認します。

塗装が均一で、

傷や汚れがないかをチェックします。

4必要な場合、樋の開閉や

水流の流れを

シミュレートして機能が

正常に動作するかを確認します。

例えば、排水の流れを

確認するなどが含まれます。

5樋が製品仕様や

品質基準に適合しているかを確認します。

企業や業界の基準に従って

検査が行われます。

6製品の情報やラベル、マーキングが

正しく表示されているかを確認します。

正確な情報は顧客に

対する信頼を保つために重要です。

7検査で不良品と判定された樋は、

別の処理が必要な場合があります。

これらの不良品を適切に取り扱い、

修理や再加工などが行われます。

倉庫内は、冷暖房設備も整っており、

快適な環境の中で、お仕事ができますよ。

また昇給や賞与、皆勤手当などがあり、

頑張った分きちんと形で返ってきます
