児童指導員として、お子さま一人ひとりの成長を見守りながら、

日常生活のサポートや学習支援、社会性を育む活動を担当していただきます。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・個別・集団での療育支援(学習・運動・コミュニケーション支援など)

・お子さまの送迎業務

・季節ごとのイベント企画・運営

・簡単な記録作成、事務処理

・チーム内でのミーティング・情報共有 など

子どもたちと楽しく関わりながら、日々の「できた」を一緒に喜べるお仕事です。

児童指導員任用資格(大学において社会福祉学・心理学・教育学・社会学を専攻する学部、学科卒業/規定あり)

勤務時間・曜日:

平日10:00~19:00(休憩1時間)

土・日・休校日 9:00~18:00(休憩1時間)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥243,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥17,000(10時間相当分)を含む。10時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給24.3万円~(試用期間23万円~)

※固定残業代10時間を含む

◆ドライバー出来る場合 総支給+5000円

◆扶養者手当:扶養者が1人の場合5,000円・扶養者が2人以上の場合10,000円支給
