【募集背景】

当社が長谷工コミュニティ様と一緒に運営をしている『ビステーション新橋』にて、施設の運営力そのものを価値に変え、利用者に選ばれ続ける拠点を一緒に作っていける施設運営メンバーを募集します。

ビステーション新橋は、新橋というビジネス街の中心にありながら、「ただ作業をする場所」ではなく、「長く安心して使い続けられる居場所」として選ばれてきました。一方で、サービスの多様化(ドロップイン、会議室、住所登記、レンタルオフィス等)に伴い、施設運営の質そのものが利用継続に直結するため、日々の接客・オペレーション・環境づくりの積み重ねが重要だと考えています。

店舗運営や接客の経験を活かしながら、

・日々の業務を確実に回す

・利用者一人ひとりの体験を丁寧に整える

・「ここなら安心して使い続けられる」と感じてもらう

そんな施設運営の中核を担っていくことが、今回の募集ポジションの方の役割です。

運営の型はありますが、「もっと良くできる余地」も多く残されています。

現場に立ちながら、自分の工夫や改善がそのまま利用者の満足度に繋がるような、施設運営の手応えをダイレクトに感じられるポジションです。

【業務内容】

■お任せしたいミッション

◉ビステーション新橋の日々の施設運営業務を完遂しながら、利用者が「また来たい」と思えるような場所づくりを実現すること。

▷主なKPI

・月間の施設利用者数

・会員の解約率の低下

・拠点の売上増加に繋がる施策の実行数 など

■具体的な業務

▷施設のオペレーション

・施設のオープン/クローズ対応

・予約の受付管理(公式/他社サイト含む)

・入居者の郵便物や荷物の受取

・その他各種事務作業(請求書発行、売上発注管理など)

▷接客・利用者対応

・会員/ドロップイン利用者への丁寧な接客や施設案内対応

・利用者の要望やお困りごとのヒアリング

・法人/個人利用者への住所登記対応

▷運営改善・管理業務

・施設の美化た安全管理(利用者視点の環境整備)

・日次/月次の数値管理、レポーティング

・SNS運用(X / Instagram)

・関連他社サイトとの連携、調整

・店舗やコワーキングスペースなどの運営に携わったご経験

・接客業(飲食・小売など)の実務経験

前職はクリニック受付、事務、エンジニア、経理、人事労務…などのバックオフィス経験の方から、アパレル店員、薬局店員、ジムのインストラクター、介護職員、看護師、カスタマーサクセスなど様々。

転職で入社される方の9割が職種未経験ですが、経験・資格の有無に関わらず活躍しています

勤務時間・曜日:

・平日月~金でのシフト制

・1日あたりの実働時間:8時間

・完全週休二日制

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥294,000 〜 ¥416,700は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥76,500〜¥108,400(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給 294,000円 ~ 416,700円 (※想定年収 3,528,000円 ~ 5,000,400円)

※月給12ヶ月分(インセンティブなし)

※月給は経験、スキルを考慮して確定。お任せする業務によってはそれ以上の月給になることもあります。

※試用期間は6ヶ月で、その間の雇用形態は変動なし。そのほかの条件に変更なし。

※上記額にはみなし残業代(月45時間分、76,500円分-108,400円分)を含みます。

※残業は月20時間程度ですが、45時間以上残業した場合は全額支給。
