• Identifies and develops opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of OTC processes.
• Performs data gathering and analysis to assess improvement options, construct benefit realization projections and build business case to proceed (if indicated).
• Leads or coordinates delivery of selected process improvement initiatives or projects.
• Provides subject matter guidance to users of OTC processes in response to inquiries and to improve their process understanding. Improves OTC users' self-sufficiency through provision of job aids or other knowledge content to reduce repetitive queries on common topics.
• Supports the maintenance of OTC key performance indicators. Evaluates results to assess if process reinforcement or improvement is recommended.
