【ヘアーサロンを運営している企業で経理事務】

  • 経験者枠での募集です

【業務内容】

経理部門で日々の財務関連データの管理・処理を行います。

主な業務内容としては、小口現金の取り扱いや管理をはじめ、仕訳入力などの経理データ入力作業、給与や家賃など各種支払いデータの入力処理を担当します。

また、業務に関連する電話対応や、入社・退社に関わる手続きの補助など、経理部門のサポート業務もご担当いただきます

  • オフィスカジュアル&ネイルO電話対応やデータ入力などのオフィスワークが中心のため、落ち着いた環境で働くことができます。

【1日のスケジュール】

9:00 メールチェックを行い、当日の業務内容を確認

9:15 経理データ入力・仕訳処理

10:30支払関連業務・確認作業

11:30電話対応・庶務対応

12:00休憩(60分)

13:00経理補助業務・データ整理

14:3月次・日次処理のサポート

15:30電話対応・事務サポート

16:30業務整理・翌日の準備

17:00退勤
