GK Software C4Rの日本導入のファンクショナルコンサルタント
① 日本導入 1stプロジェクト(専門店)
② 国内No.1量販店の商談
個人に期待する役割やミッションRoles and responsibilities
①の海外共同のGK software C4R国内導入1stプロジェクトで、以下の役割を担当。
・ドイツの開発会社との共同プロジェクトで、OJTを受けながらカストマイズ・デリバリノウハウを吸収しながらシステム導入。
・上記で獲得したスキルの他メンバー(GDC含む)へのスキルトランスファー。
必須のキャリア、スキル、資格などBasic qualifications
以下の経験必須
・販売管理システム(POSシステムだと、なお良し)の業種ノウハウ
・開発リーダー/サブリーダーとしてオファリング開発/導入プロジェクトの上流工程から下流工程までの経験
・コミュニケーションスキルとリーダーシップ(お客様(今回の場合は、ドイツの開発会社)や社内外関係者とプロアクティブに連携し、課題解決に向けて行動する)
