<資格を活かして管理職として活躍できる>

専門知識や資格を活かし、組織運営とサービスの質を統括する役割です。

法令や制度を遵守したサービス運営の計画立案と実行を行い、

介護現場の質の向上のため、職員の実地指導や研修を通じて人材育成にも

関わっていただきます。

具体的には、質の高いケアを実現するためのチームマネジメント、

利用者様やご家族からの相談対応、地域社会や行政との連携強化、

円滑な施設運営のための収支管理です。

チームを牽引しながら、より質の高い介護サービスの実現を目指していただきます。

障害者支援施設とは?

ご自宅での生活が難しい

障がいのある方向けの施設です。

入所は原則18歳~64歳まで。

日中は様々な介助やレクリエーションの他、自立に向けた訓練も行います。

また入所型のため夜間もスタッフがいます。
