【業務の概要】
ナウキャストでは、従来の経済指標や市場調査では捉えきれない「多様でユニークなデータ」を活用し、不動産・流通・金融など幅広い業界でクライアントの意思決定を支援しています。
アナリティクスエンジニアは、単なる分析に留まらず、データ分析、データ基盤の整備、プロダクト開発から導入支援までを一気通貫で担うポジションです。
具体的には以下事業のいずれかの配属を想定しております。

商業用不動産・店舗ビジネス向け新規プロダクト(DataLensHubシリーズ)
2024年3月に新規事業として、商業用不動産・店舗ビジネス向けに「DataLens商業リーシング」「DataLens商圏分析」「DataLens店舗開発」の提供を開始し、現在販路の拡大を行っております。
今後とも新たな3rdパーティデータや生成AI技術を活用して「DataLensHub」を継続的にアップデートするとともに、商業用不動産ビジネス以外にも展開することを検討しています。

【求める人材】
【必須経験・スキル】
■データアナリストとしての実務経験、およびクライアントワーク・協働経験
■Pythonを用いた構造化データの分析および機械学習モデルの構築経験
■要件定義や分析レポート作成を含む、課題抽出から施策提案までの一連の分析プロセス経験
■複数の分析案件をリードし、クライアントやチームと連携して課題解決を推進された経験
■ビジネスレベルの日本語力(顧客折衝・社内外調整が可能)
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■理工学分野における修士号あるいは同等以上の経験
■複数のプロジェクトでクライアントと協力し、課題解決を推進した経験
■人に基づくデータ(消費者行動、顧客データなど)の取り扱い経験
■データサイエンティストとして高度なモデル構築や予測分析に携わった経験
■データエンジニアリングやデータ基盤の構築経験
■BIツール(Tableau、Lookerなど)を用いたダッシュボード構築経験
■MLOps(機械学習モデルの運用・管理)の実務経験
■Webアプリケーション等のバックエンド開発経験
