仕事内容
BIM推進【平均勤続19年/パナ×トヨタが設立した新会社グループ/エリア限定可/大阪
【仕事内容】
【名古屋勤務】マンション、オフィス、工場、病院等、自社設計施工物件の企画設計段階にて、設計担当者のフォローとしてBIM入力を行っていただきます。

マンション・オフィス・工場・病院等、自社設計施工物件の企画設計段階にて、設計担当者のフォローとしてBIM入力を行っていただきます。
また、同社のBIM推進プロジェクトチームにて活用推進担当としてご活躍いただけます。
具体的には下記の業務に従事していただきます。
- 建物の立体モデル(BIMモデル)をつくるモデリング
- BIMモデルからの2次元図面作成
- モデルパーツの作成
- 構造モデルのデータチェック
- 施工用BIMモデルからの数量計算
- 社内の環境整備及び運用、教育研修

【想定年収】450万円~700万円(例:26歳~59歳)【想定年収】221,000円~382,000円 (例:26歳~59歳)※予定年収はあくまでも目安の金額であり、選考を通じて上下する可能性があります。※残業代は実費支給です。<昇給有無>有<残業手当>有賞与:年2回(7月/12月)モデル年収 ※グローバル社員(転勤のある総合職)30歳 年収530万円35歳 年収650万円40歳 年収700万円45歳所長 年収850万円※エリア総合職の場合は給与、賞与、退職金がの90%支給となります。
