主に下記の点が業務内容となります。

①人材紹介

②イベントを通した新卒のエンジニア採用における支援

基本的には両面型で動いていますが、ご本人の志向性・会社の状況を加味して各職種専任の道もご用意可能です。

《具体的には》

キャリアアドバイザー業務


・学生へのキャリアアドバイス業務(面談数は繁忙期と閑散期により異なります)

・学生と企業のマッチング業務(フィードバック回収/アドバイス等)

・面接対策、プロフィールシートの添削/作成

リクルーティングアドバイザー業務


・企業側の採用要件や社風、求める人物像のヒアリング

・自社イベント(逆求人イベント)の提案、フォローアップ

・学生と企業とのフォローアップ、スムーズな選考プロセスのサポート

・採用が決定した学生の入社後の状況確認、必要に応じて企業へのフィードバック提供

・最新の採用市場動向や競合企業の採用活動の調査・分析

10:00~19:00

フレックス制可能

完全週休二日制(土、日)祝日、GW休暇・夏季休暇・年末年始休暇・設立記念日休暇(12月12日)

※イベント運営などで休日出勤が生じた際は、振替休日を取得いただきます。
