セールス&マーケティングをサポートする一般事務(ファイリング、メール送信、タイピング、ファックス、コピーなど)を行う。営業プロセスにおける営業関連書類の作成(提案書、契約書、宴会イベントの注文書など)。ブランドイメージの社内外への浸透を図る。資料を収集し、情報パッケージ(パンフレット、販促資料など)を組み立てる。マリオットに対するゲストのロイヤルティを維持しながら、収益を最大化する営業テクニックを駆使する。販売プロセスに関わるソフトウェアに情報(コミッション、リード、第三者など)を入力、検索、照合、確認する。ホテルの施設やサービス(営業時間、料金、客室タイプ、パッケージ、プロモーション、エンターテイメント、レストラン、特別イベントなど)に関するゲストの質問に答える。顧客との窓口となり、電話やEメールで顧客とコミュニケーションをとり、質問やリクエストに対応する。
