弊社は数少ない特殊な構造物(コンクリート構造の建築物など)の施工ができる会社として、受注を伸ばしております。
特殊な技術や設備を使用する仕事なので、競合が少なく、比較的高い報酬をお支払いすることが可能です。
現在活躍している社員は、建設業界の出身者だけでなく、介護職員やドライバー、教員だった者もおります。
座学や実務研修などもあり、約半数は業界未経験からスタートしています。
【お仕事内容】
新築の建造物の骨組みである鉄筋を組み上げていくお仕事です。
特殊な工具を使い、一つ一つ組み上げていきます。基本的には同じ作業の繰り返しです。
*入社当初は、補助業務からスタートします。(指示通りに資材の運搬、設置など)
会話しやすい環境があり、「安全」を優先した作業になっているので、安心して作業を進められます。
【研修内容(3~5日程度)】
・座学研修(1日)
現場で安全に作業をする知識(事業所内のルール、脚立の使い方、ヒヤリハット、事故事例共有)
鉄筋工事の基本知識(種類、材料の名前)
・工具の使い方等の実務研修(2日)
鉄筋の結束方法の習得(本社等での実演)、簡単な鉄筋の組立 など

【1日の流れ】
08:00 朝礼 朝礼に間に合うように出勤 直行直帰可能
08:15 作業スタート(30分休憩あり)
12:00 休憩(1時間)
13:00 作業再開(30分休憩あり)
17:00 作業終了
1ヶ月目:先輩社員の指示通りに資材を運搬、設置。
2ヶ月目以降:先輩社員に教わりながら、徐々に鉄筋の組立業務をこなしていきます。
6ヶ月目以降:業務に慣れ、指示が出せるようになったら、徐々に新人社員のサポートもお任せしていきます。
弊社では、従業員教育にも力を入れており、「部下への伝え方」など社内ミーティングにて共有しております。
