【仕事内容】
車載用コネクタ製品の開発・既存製品の設計改善業務。
・ 国内主要自動車メーカーやTier1/Tier2メーカーへの提案活動および技術協議の実施
・ 顧客要求をまとめ、コンセプトの提案、詳細設計、デザインレビュー、試作~量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証の実施
・ サプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整、品質改善活動
・ 国内外顧客、姉妹会社及び社内関係部門への技術支援
・ 既存製品のコスト改善に関わるデータ分析・企画立案・実行と実行管理・報告業務

What your background should look like
・ 学歴:大学(高専)卒以上
・ 専攻:理工学部(電気/電子/機械など)
・ 語学:日本語 - ビジネスレベル(ビジネス・技術対話および資料作成が可能なこと)
英語 - 初級*日常的に社内情報交換や会議の機会があります。現在は初級能力でも、習得意欲があれば問題なし。
・ PCスキル(Microsoft Officeツール必須)
【必須業務経験】
・ 製品の設計開発に関連する設計/検証/作図/試験計画・実施・報告いずれかの経験、関連知識を有していること
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢、自己管理能力のある方

・ 自動車業界での設計開発経験・コネクタ製品の設計/開発経験
・ 要求仕様から適切と思われる提案を提示/作成できる方
・ D-FMEA, DRBFMの作成及び報告経験
・ 3D CAD (Creo歓迎、その他でも良し) による設計開発経験
・ CAE(主に構造解析)による設計開発経験
・ Molding・Stamping・Assembly・Plating・品質保証に関する基礎知識
・ 顧客やサプライヤーとの技術折衝/指導、交渉、調整経験
・ 社内関係部門を自発的にき込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方
・ 製品のコスト改善活動経験
・英語や中国語で問題なく意思疎通が図れる方
・ データ処理・分析スキル (Tableau, Powe BI, Execel power query, Macro等)
