生産管理【副工場長】製造から出荷まで一貫した体制と最新設備【設立45年の老舗キムチメーカー】
【仕事内容】
同社のキムチ工場内での生産管理業務をお任せいたします。
生産計画にも携わることができ、生産管理としてキャリアを歩むことができます。
また本ポジションは、ゆくゆく工場長になっていただくキャリアを歩んでいただける副工場長となり得る方を期待しております。
※数値計算に伴うPC操作もございます。
【取扱商品】
取り扱い商品は人気の「イチオシキムチ」を始めとした主力10品程度となります。大手流通PB商品にも携わっており、一度は目にしたことがある方も多いと思います。堅調に成長を続け、この10年間で売り上げは3倍になっています。
【成田工場について】
成田工場は開発から品質管理までを一貫して行える新拠点として2013年11月に開設されました。乳酸菌培養設備の研究施設などの最新設備も整っています。全体で70名程が就業しており、月間4~5億円程の売上を生み出す工場。また、学歴・経歴は度外視し、中途ハンデなくご活躍いただけけます。同社売上の8~9割は国産キムチで占めており、その大部分を担う成田工場は基幹工場として安定運用を目指しています。
所属は船橋本社となりますが、週2~3日程度は成田工場での勤務となり、移動は社用車を使用いただきます。
本社から現場とのコミュニケーションも必要になるポジションです。

キムチを中心とした韓国食品の製造・輸入販売事業を展開しています。設立以来、増収増益を続け急成長を遂げています。キムチの国内シェアはトップクラスで、大手スーパーなどで販売されています。以前はOEM生産が中心でしたが、テレビCMの放送や自社製品の開発に注力することで、確かな美山ブランドを確立しています。また、時代のニーズに合わせた自社製品の開発に注力しているため、業界に先駆け韓国に合弁会社を設立しました。本場韓国の味の提供を素早く実現できることも同社の強みです。

- 主力商材キムチについて
安全安心への取り組みとして同社は原材料の栽培から製造、衛生管理、梱包、出荷にいたるまでを厳しい管理体制のもと実施しています。主要な原材料となる白菜は日本産を使用し、キムチに欠かせないヤンニョムも自社製造です。完成した製品は、必ず理化学検査、細菌検査、官能検査を実施しています。厳しいチェック体制により、常に安定した品質のキムチを出荷しています。
