NSインテリジェンスソリューション統括部は、電波センシング技術、情報収集・処理解析・分析技術、サイバーセキュリティ技術、通信ネットワーク技術等を基盤とする高度な技術力とソリューション・システム・製品を提供することで、日本の安全・安心に貢献しています。
その中で当グループは、陸海空自衛隊向けの航空機、艦船、車両に搭載する電波センシングシステムおよび総務省向けの電波センシングシステムの開発をしています。電波センシングとは、周囲の電波環境を監視して電波到来方向の探知と電波緒元の分析、異常な電波の発信源位置把握を行うシステムです。また、近年は電波諸元の分析にAIを活用しています。
電波はTV放送や携帯電話といった通信だけでなく、カーナビや車の自動運転などに利用され社会生活に欠かせない資源です。当グループの製品はこの電波資源の監視・管理に利用されることで社会の安全・安心に貢献しています。
「電波を見分ける」「電波発信源を見つける」ことを実現できるメーカとして、最新の電磁波受信技術とAI技術を駆使した電波源探知ソリューションを提供しています。
【職務内容】
主に防衛省向け電波センシングシステムにおいて、AIを利用した事業提案からシステム開発まで一貫して担っていただきます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。
・営業などの他部門と連携した事業戦略の策定や提案、顧客要望の分析と調整
・受注後の顧客対応窓口
・プロダクト/サービスに実装するAI技術の選定と設計開発
・モデル開発に必要なデータエンジニアリング
・中央研究所との共同開発、委託開発連携
・AI関連の先進技術調査など
【対象のプロジェクト例】
・プロジェクトチームは5〜10名程度
・開発プロジェクトでは3〜5年のスパンで開発業務を行います
・繰返し製造ものつくりプロジェクトでは1〜2年程度で製品納入します

応募資格 / Qualifications
主任の場合
【MUST】
・AIを利用したシステムのプロジェクリーダーの経験、もしくは、関連する技術領域の設計や開発業務のプロジェクトリーダーの経験。
・お客様への提案、技術説明などを直接行った経験。
・Pythonプログラミング
【WANT】
・技術または事業開発に関する提案、契約、及びPJの遂行経験があるのが望ましい
・プログラミング、数理統計、機械学習、深層学習、マルチモーダル処理、ロジカルシンキング
・PMBOKに基づくプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
担当の場合
【MUST】
・AIを利用したシステムの開発経験(3年程度以上)。
・お客様への提案、技術説明などを単独もしくは上司等とともに直接行った経験。
【WANT】
・技術または事業開発に関する提案、契約、及びPJの遂行経験があるのが望ましい
・プログラミング、数理統計、機械学習、深層学習、マルチモーダル処理、ロジカルシンキング
・Pythonプログラミング

・年収680万〜930万円程度
・月給44万〜61万円程度(月額基本給35万〜49万円程度を含む)

・年収480万〜660万円程度
・月給30万〜41万円程度(月額基本給30万〜41万円程度を含む)
