HYBEは「We believe in music」というミッションのもと、音楽に基づく世界最高レベルのエンターテインメントライフスタイル・プラットフォーム企業を目指しています。グローバルトレンドをリードする「コンテンツ」と顧客である「ファン」に最高の価値を見出し、高い基準と絶え間ない改善を繰り返して、顧客満足を実現するよう努力しています。HYBEでは、各分野の専門家がアーティスト/音楽基盤の多様なコンテンツを、ファンと大衆に最適な方法で届けられるよう緊密に協力しながら働いています。 現在、事業の急成長に伴い、広報部門では、「Corporate Communication」担当者を募集しております。 社内外のステークホルダーを繋ぐ「ハブ」として、以下の3つのミッションを統合的に推進し、企業価値の最大化を担っていただきます。 ・企業広報(Corporate PR): 経営方針・組織体制の戦略的な発信を通じ、社会的な認知度と信頼性を向上させる ・インターナルコミュニケーション(Internal Comm): ビジョンの発信・共有を通じ、組織文化の浸透と社内連携の円滑化を推進する ・採用PR(Employer Branding): 潜在的な候補者に対し、当社の実像と魅力を正しく伝え、共感に基づく採用を加速させる 主な業務内容 ①企業広報(Corporate PR) ・企業としてのコミュニケーション戦略の立案と実行 ・企業関連プレスリリース・コンテンツの作成・配信 ・メディア・記者対応(問い合わせ対応・リレーション構築・ネットワーク管理)および露出管理 ・ソーシャルモニタリングおよび有事の際のリスクコミュニケーション ・経営陣および海外拠点(韓国・米国)の関連部署とのコーディネーション ・(必要に応じて)各事業部門のPRサポート・連携 ②インターナルコミュニケーション(Internal Comm) ・社内コミュニケーションにおける課題抽出と解決のための戦略立案・実行 ・コミュニケーションルールの策定と、浸透に向けた教育・啓蒙活動 ・各種組織文化プログラム(タウンホールミーティング等)の企画・運営 ・社内広報媒体の運営(最新情報や社員ストーリーの発信) ③採用PR(Employer Branding) ・採用ターゲットに向けた企業理解促進・魅力付けの戦略立案 ・採用広報コンテンツ(社員インタビュー、会社紹介資料、SNS等)の企画・制作 ・人事・採用チームと連携した、採用ブランディング施策の推進 主な業務環境 ・プロジェクト集中による繁忙期あり
必須スキル
・大卒以上(専攻不問) ・対外広報業務の経験(5年以上) ・広報・コミュニケーション戦略の立案から実行までを一貫して遂行した実務経験 ・日本語による高度なライティング能力(プレスリリース、声明文、社内向けコンテンツ等) ・日常会話レベル以上の英語または韓国語スキル (実務レベルでのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル) ・メディア環境および社会情勢に対する深い理解 ・企画からアウトプットまで、高いクオリティを維持しながら自立して完遂できる実務能力 ・複数のプロジェクトを並行して推進できるマルチタスク能力 ・選考過程において、課題提出にご対応いただける方(詳細は選考フローの中でご案内いたします)
歓迎スキル
・PR会社での勤務経験 ・IT・メディア・エンターテインメント業界における、プロダクト広報または企業広報の経験 ・K-コンテンツおよびファンダム文化に対する深い関心と高い理解度 ・インターナルコミュニケーションの立案、または社内イベントの企画・運営経験 ・経営層と円滑な合意形成を行い、プロジェクトを推進した経験 ・採用を目的とした広報を実践し成果を上げた経験
