給与

月給30万8250円~

・残業手当別途支給

仕事内容

大手飲料メーカー工場でのフォークリフト業務

【具体的には・・・】

ビール製品の入出荷作業がメインとなります。

ドライバーさんと連携を取りながら、最終的にすべての荷物を収められる様に出荷作業を行っています。

休みの日などに店舗でビールを見て、これは自分が積み込んだと思うのは出荷担当者あるあるです^^

入荷・出荷・ピッキングと各部署に分かれている為、

適材適所の人員を配置し業務を円滑にすすめています。

出荷はカウンターフォーク使用、

ピッキング作業でリーチフォークをするなど担当、配属部署によって業務は様々です♪

扱いにはコツが必要なので先輩スタッフがしっかり指導いたします(^^)/

保管場所や運搬先、在庫管理などはすべてシステム管理されているので

どこに何が何個置いてあるの?

どこに何を何個持っていくの?

フォークに搭載されているシステム端末に指示があるので難しくありません。

遠方から引っ越してきていただける方も大歓迎。

職場近隣に入居可能な寮もあります。

引っ越し(荷物の運搬)に掛かる費用をグリーンカプセルコーポレーションが負担します。

配送スタッフさんも顔見知りの方が多いため、

入社後、まずは現場の安全や取扱製品ルールについてしっかり座学からスタート

その後、簡単なスキルチェックを行い、

それに合わせた作業内容をトレーナーがついて一緒に行います。

各現場ごとに作業フローを作成して随時更新しているので、

転職後でも安心して始めることができます

研修の進捗状況を現場責任者が確認の上、擦りあわせを行い一歩一歩習得していけるようサポートしていきます(^^)/

勤務時間・曜日:

シフト制

・日中 9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

・遅番 12:00~21:00(休憩60分)

・夜勤 0:30~09:30(休憩60分)

*配属先により時間が異なる場合があります。

「日勤をメインでたまに夜勤もできます」や

「稼げる時間帯でガッツリ働きたい」など相談もOKです

*1週間毎のシフト決定なので、予定を立てやすい、有給もとりやすい環境です◎

*繁忙期(夏・冬)は残業の場合あり

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制

・土日祝休み(工場カレンダーによる)

※繁忙期は土曜・祝日出勤の場合有

※月6~10日のお休みとなります。

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇(入社後6ヶ月経過で付与)

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥308,250以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥56,250(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給:30万8250円~+交通費 ※経験・能力を考慮いたします。

①40歳 入社2年目/400万円(残業・深夜含)

②30代 入社5年目/500万円(エリアマネージャー)
