募集するのは、こんなお仕事

今回募集するのは、管理職候補の採用です。タクシー会社の経理として、経理・総務業務全般、売上管理などを行い、タクシードライバーをサポートするお仕事です。

・課員マネジメント

・管理会計業務(月次決算処理、予算実績管理、予算資料作成など)

・年次決算業務

・税務関連業務

・資金、財務管理など

まずは、専用のシステムを使用し仕訳、入力等からスタートしていただき、経験や習熟度に併せて各業務をお任せいたします。

午前中は未収管理を行い、午後からは会計ソフトへの入力を行うことが多いです

タクシー会社の経理ってどんなお仕事?

メインのお仕事は、売上管理業務など、タクシー会社とはいえ、一般的な経理のお仕事と違いはありません。陰ながらドライバーを支える存在として、皆さんとコミュニケーションをとりながら、お仕事をサポートしてください。

勤務時間は、9時00分~17時30分の日勤のみ

タクシー会社ですが、総務部には夜勤はありません。

週休2日制で日曜休み

ときどき土曜日の出勤もありますが、9時00分~13時00分の午前中だけで勤務は終了です。

正直、経理なので決算期はちょっと忙しいのですが…それ以外は残業時間も月10時間程度。

趣味の時間や家族や友人との時間を大切にしながら、働くことができます。

・普通自動車運転免許

・財務、税務等経理業務経験者

(年次は問いません。管理者以外のポストもありますので、まずはご応募ください。)

週休2日制(月24日出勤)

<勤務時間>

月~金曜日:9時00分~17時30分(休憩60分・実働7時間30分)

土曜日:9時00分~13時00分(休憩なし・実働4時間)

残業:月平均10時間程度

※繁忙期あり(決算期)

月6日~7日(シフト制)

日曜休み

年次有給休暇(全社員が年間5日以上は取得しています)

給与:

月給250,000円~280,000円(基本給+固定残業代+各種手当)

※固定残業代(20時間)を超過した場合は、時間外手当を追加で支給
