Overview
情報セキュリティ部は、資生堂グループのフィロソフィーである「To be the most trusted beauty company」 の実現を情報セキュリティの側面から支える組織です。
グループ全体の情報セキュリティガバナンスを強化し、情報セキュリティが人・プロセス・テクノロジーすべてに組み込まれた状態を実現することをビジョンとしています。
本ポジションでは、グローバル情報セキュリティ戦略の策定・実行から、ポリシーやルールの展開、セキュリティサービスおよびオペレーションの統括まで、広範な領域でリーダーシップを発揮していただきます。
Role and Responsibility
- 部門長と連携した情報セキュリティ組織の運営(戦略策定・組織設計)
- ITセキュリティ領域における中長期計画の策定およびプログラムマネジメント
- グループ情報セュリティ戦略の策定および実行管理
- ポリシー、ルール、ガイドラインの策定およびグローバル展開
- セキュリティサービスのポートフォリオ管理およびソリューション展開
- セキュリティオペレーションの標準化およびCSIRT活動の推進
- グローバルステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよびリレーション管理
- 将来的なピープルマネージャとしてのチームマネジメントおよびプロジェクト支援
Basic Requirement
- 情報セキュリティ領域におけるグローバルガバナンスの基礎知識および実務経験
- 3年以上の情報セキュリティサービスの管理・運用経験
- 海外法人と英語で議論・調整が可能な英語コミュニケーションスキル
- ITインフラ(ネットワーク、サーバー、PC、認証基盤等)の導入または運用経験(1年以上)
- ピープルマネジメントの経験
Preferred Requirement
- IT/OTセキュリティシステムの設計・構築・運用・保守に関する実務経験および技術知識
- セキュリティリスクアセスメントの実務経験
- セキュリティインシデント対応の実経験
- 脆弱性診断(Webアプリケーションまたはプラットフォーム)の業務経験
- 情報セキュリティマネジメント関連資格の保有
- セキュリティ監査経験、ISMS認証等の運用経験
- Threat Intelligenceサービスを活用した脆弱性/脅威アラート対応経験
