仕事内容
研究職
研究所内における、各研究施設の維持管理を目的とした、
・機械設備を主とした運転管理
・保全点検・部品交換業務
・施設の改修・精算業務
・工事施工者・点検業者が作成する計画書・報告書の確認・評価
・工事竣工時に施工者が作成する成果物(完成図書類等)の確認・評価を行う
・高圧ガス保安に関する報告及び報告書の作成
・危険物保安監督に関する業務の調整および立会
トラブル・緊急時対応:施設の異常、故障、停電、漏電、火災、断水、漏水等が発生した場合の対応作業及び各種専門業者に対する取り次ぎ、関係研究室、部署への連絡を行う。
資格
- 10年程度の社会人経験を有すること。
設備設計一級建築士、建築設備士、1級管工事施工管理技士、空気調和・衛生工学会設備士、エネルギー管理士のいずれか1 つ以上の資格を有すること。
各種機械設備関係図面の解読、分析等の実務経験を有すること。
研究・実験機器等の各種仕様を理解できる知識、技術を有すること。
下記1)~3)のいずれかの業務について実務経験を3 年以上有すること。あるいはそれと同等程度の能
力を有すること。
1) 空調・給排水衛生設備工事の計画・設計・積算
2) 空調・給排水衛生工事の施工管理
3) 空調・給排水衛生工事の工事監理
AutoCAD の操作(図面の訂正、編集)ができること。
構内で緊急事態が発生した際に迅速に現場に駆けつけられること。
早朝及び深夜残業も含め、時間外・休日出勤に対応できること。
