Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create account plans and provide pre-sales guidance on End User Computing Solutions.
  • Assist customers with product evaluations and proof of concepts, and work to shorten the sales cycle by overcoming common technical objections.
  • Share best practices and guidance on Dell Technologies Client Solutions Portfolio.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to enable customer's success leveraging Dell Client Technologies.
  • Support customer engagements via onsite and/or virtual meetings.

About the Role:

The Client Solutions Sales Engineer is a key partner of a customer-facing pre-sales team. The role requires providing pre-sales guidance on End User Computing Solutions with our field sales teams, helping to define and present the overall Dell Technologies value to our customers using the full range of the Dell client portfolio.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for experienced professionals who have a passion for emerging end user computing solutions and are keen to broaden their expertise. Essential requirements include experience in Information Technology areas, systems administration/integration, professional services/consulting, or hands-on experience with End-User environments. Ability to prioritize and balance schedule in a flexible work environment is also required.

Desirable Requirements:

Desirable requirements include experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Server OS 2012/2016, or Windows 10 experience (Technical Certification a plus), Systems Management experience, and Business level Japanese.
