Job Title: Application Delivery - Business Systems Analyst - USJ

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation of multiple system initiatives in a large digital transformation program at Universal Studios Japan. The successful candidate will partner with product, PMO, and other departments to deploy new technologies by analyzing system/technical features, contributing to solution designs, coordinating development & testing tasks, and other work to achieve the team's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all stages of the project life cycle from initiation, scoping, project staffing and project implementation (50%)
• Support leadership and peers in sound technical analysis, solutioning, and decision making (20%)
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with client groups, project management, and other IT team members, by employing effective communication skills and building strong working relationships (20%)
• Assist with vendor selection and management including oversight of drafting SOW's, RFP's, vendor evaluation, budgeting, monitoring progress through to implementation (10%)

Requirements:

• Japanese Advanced High and above Professional working proficiency
• English Advanced High and above Professional working proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years' experience managing the technical delivery of systems & software solutions for eCommerce, digital, theme park applications, or related technology.
• 3+ years' experience in a large Information Technology or consulting organization with proven experience partnering with client groups in support of managing complex, multi-year and multi-location projects and programs.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Working Hours: 9:00-17:45 (actual work 7 hours 45 minutes)
Holidays: 120 days off per year (average 10 days per month)
