・ご利用者の送迎(運転または添乗)

・バイタル測定と健康チェック

・入浴、排泄、食事の介助

・レクリエーションや体操の実施

・介護記録の作成と翌日の準備

【1日のスケジュール例】

08:30 出勤・送迎

10:00 入浴介助

12:00 昼食

14:00 レク

16:00 送迎

17:30 退勤

・比較的自立された入居者が多く、身体的な負担が少なめです

・訪問介護を中心とした業務で、個別対応の丁寧な支援ができます

・日勤のみの勤務も可能で、ワークライフバランスが取りやすい環境です

・食事や入浴の介助が少ない場合も多く、落ち着いて働けます

・住宅型のため、生活空間を尊重したケアに関われます

求める人材:

【必須】下記のうち1つ以上お持ちの方

・初任者研修修了(ヘルパー2級)

・実務者研修修了(ヘルパー1級)

*・介護福祉士

*資格が無くても施設での勤務経験が半年以上あればOK

勤務時間・曜日:

週5日/1日8時間 シフト制

※ 時短や曜日固定などの希望もご相談ください。

〈勤務時間例〉

早番 7:00~16:00(1h休憩)

日勤 9:00~18:00(1h休憩)

遅番 11:00~20:00(1h休憩)

休暇・休日:

平日のみ、日勤帯、夜勤帯・・・などご希望をお聞かせください。
