ゴルフ未経験歓迎&練習もOK

自然に囲まれた環境でのびのび働ける◎

名門ゴルフ倶楽部にて、プレーヤーの快適なラウンドをサポートするキャディー業務をお任せします。加えて、後輩スタッフの指導・育成やチーム運営にも携わっていただきます。

具体的には…

・クラブの受け渡しやボール拭きなど、コース内でのキャディー業務

・新人やアルバイトスタッフの研修・指導

・他事業部との連携やサポート業務


【1日の流れ】<例:9:00~16:00の場合>

9:00 出社・朝礼/本日のメンバーや状況確認

↓

9:30 準備・お客様アテンド

↓

10:00 プレー開始(1日1ラウンド・実働約5~6時間)

↓

15:00 後片付け・お客様対応終了

↓

16:00 事務作業を終えて退勤

※ シフトはほぼ希望制です。平日・土日などライフスタイルに合わせて働けます。

※直行直帰の勤務です

──この仕事を続けている理由は?

「もともと親がゴルフをやっていて、小さい頃からなんとなく身近な存在でした。自分がプレーしたことはなかったけど、ゴルフ場の雰囲気が好きだったんです。そんな中でこの仕事を見つけて、"これだ"と思って飛び込みました。今は、後輩の育成まで任せてもらえるようになり、やりがいを感じながら働いています。」

──仕事の魅力は?

「広々とした自然の中で体を動かしながら働けるのが気持ちいいですし、お客様と一緒にコースを回る中でコミュニケーションを取れるのも楽しいですね。スコアが良くて喜んでもらえると、自分まで嬉しくなります。頑張りがしっかりお給料や賞与に反映されるのも、この仕事の魅力です。」
