≪DTMをわかりやすく楽しく教えられる講師の方を募集しています≫
今話題のDTMレッスンを出張レッスンにて行っていただける方を募集しています。
当スクールは関西を中心に、生徒様のご自宅や貸しスタジオで行う1対1のプライベートレッスンを提供しております、音楽教室です。
ご指導に不安がある講師の方であっても、採用後はオンライン講師講習会を実施しますので、安心してスタートしていただけます。
コンピューターミュージックという特性上、リモートでのレッスンも可能です。なので対面レッスンとオンラインレッスン、それぞれ適宜状況に応じて行うこともできます。

《本物の音楽レッスンをひとりでも多くの方へ》
当ミュージックスクールは、出張専門という従来の教室型とは異なるレッスンスタイルを採用しています。
講師の皆さんが「自分の教室を持つ感覚」で活動できるよう、スケジュール調整・集客サポート・運営を全面的なバックアップを行っております。また、単なる雇用関係ではない、出張型の音楽の「家庭講師」として独立するイメージに近い働き方を提供しております。
担当いただく生徒様はレッスン経験も年齢層もさまざまです。少しだけDTMの世界に興味があると感じ始めた生徒さんから、専門的な部分まできちんと学びたい方など、マンツーマン指導の強みを活かした指導が可能です。経験や年齢を問わず一人ひとりに寄り添い、成長をサポートすることが講師の大切な役割となっています。
直近ですと新型コロナウイルスの影響で演奏家や音楽講師の方の多くが苦境に立たされました。私共のミュージックスクールでは少しでも多くのお仕事をお届けし、演奏者が安定して生活できる基盤を作りたいという思いから運営しております。
弊社はそんな講師の皆さま方とともに、音楽文化の発展にも貢献したいと考えています。
※本求人はレッスン指導スタッフの募集です。講師の方へのご依頼を含む内容やオーディション関係のお仕事を提供する求人ではございません。また、受講生の私的な趣味の範囲による指導のみの提供で、各種芸能関係や舞台演出などを目的としたレッスンは行っておりません。

- 専門的な知識であっても、生徒さんの理解度に合わせてわかりやすく教えられる方
※今回の募集は大阪市内、北大阪エリアを担当できる講師の方向けの案件となります。
勤務時間・曜日:
講師の方の空いている時間でご指導いただけます。稼働時間は応募される生徒様に応じて調整していきます。
勤務地:
- 生徒様宅、または貸しスタジオ・カラオケボックス等でのレッスンを行っていただきます。
- ご自宅から通える範囲でのレッスンをお願いします。

講師向けオンライン講習会の受講・契約手続きを行います。
6.稼働開始
レッスン開始の準備が整い次第、稼働となります。
