最初は施工管理としてスタートしましたが、

下請け管理ではなく、発注者(デベロッパー)側の立場でプロジェクトを動かします。

企画段階から参画:土地仕入れやプランニングから関与。

マネジメント業務:協力会社を「自ら動かす」裁量の大きさ。

多様な建築種別:RC、S、木造、ホテル建設から戸建まで。

実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00 ~ 17:30

残業:有(平均残業時間:10時間)

※繁忙期でも平均20時間以内

発注者側のためスケジュール調整がしやすく、平日夜に資格学校へ通ったり、家族と夕食を囲むことも「当たり前」の環境です。

基本給:月給 21万円 〜 26万5000円

    ・一級建築士:5万円

    ・二級建築士:2万円

    ・1級施工管理技士:2万円
