AWSパブリックセクター・プロフェッショナルサービスは、公共部門のお客様のクラウド採用の意思決定から安全かつ効率的な導入・運用支援までの幅広いコンサルティングサービスを提供しています。この中で、Cloud Application Architectは、計画段階での技術検証やMVP(Minimum Viable Product)の開発等を支援するとともに、実装段階ではシステムインテグレーターと協力し、迅速かつ安全なアプリケーション構築を支援します。お客様やコンサルティングパートナーからはアーキテクチャ策定のリードを期待され、コンテナ、APIベースアーキテクチャ、分散型、サーバーレス、イベント駆動型アーキテクチャなどの先進的な技術やアーキテクチャパターンを使用して、具体的なソリューションを提供します。もしあなたが政策実現に資するクラウドネイティブアーキテクチャの設計・実装の手助けをしたいと思うのであれば、是非、ご応募を検討してください。
Key job responsibilities
- お客様との直接なコミュニケーションを実施します。なお、概ねWebでのコンサルティングデリバリーとなっておりますが、重要なコンテキストの認識合わせ、意思決定においてはお客様先でのミーティングを実施します。
- 公共部門のお客様は人事異動制度の関係で、必ずしもITの経歴を有さないご担当者様もいらっしゃいます。したがって、お客様に分かりやすく説明するコミュニケーションスキルが必要となります。また、技術面だけではなく、コスト、実現性とのトレードオフ、標準的な方法論に基づく客観的な説明、プロジェクト管理、リスク管理等のコンサルティングスキルが必要となります。
- プロフェッショナルサービスの他のコンサルタント、及びAWSプラットフォームを構築しているサービスエンジニアリングチーム、ソリューションアーキテクトチーム、営業チームと密に連携してコンサルティングサービスを提供します。
- 政策の趣旨を深く理解し、それをもってお客様のテクニカルカウンターパートに対してAWSサービスを利用した革新的でスケーラブルな高可用性アプリケーションアーキテクチャの設計、クラウドネイティブテクノロジーと最新の開発手法を使用したソリューションの設計(再設計)を支援します。具体的には、Infrastructure as Code、CI/CDなどのDevOpsプラクティスの実装、アジャイルソフトウェア開発とアジャイルコーチング、サンプルコードの提供、およびアプリケーションデモの開発を行います。そのため、アプリケーションアーキテクチャ、設計パターン、プログラミングに関する深いソフトウェア開発知識が必要となります。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- お客様先でAWSの代表として情報共有や議論をリードできるコミュニケーションスキル- コンテナ、サーバレス、イベント駆動型、シングルページアプリケーション等の技術を使用したシステムの設計・実装経験
- 同期・非同期や並列・並行処理の設計・実装経験
- Swift、Kotlin、Dart、TypeScript、Python、Java、、Scala、Goの中で1つ以上のプログラミングスキル
- Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)プロセス整備に関する経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Amazon API Gateway、AWS Lambda、AWS Fargate、Amazon SQS、Amazon EventBridgeなどを利用したWebアプリケーション、AWS Amplify、AWS AppSyncなどを利用したリアルタイムアプリケーションの設計・プログラミングに関する豊富な経験- API管理、Infrastructure as Codeの実践的な知識(AWS CloudFormation、AWS Amplify、Terraform、AWS CDKなど)、継続的インテグレーションツール(Jenkins、Circle CIなど)の知識/経験
- ユーザビリティの原則とテクニックに関する知識(UCD: User Centered Design、アフォーダンス、プログレッシブ ディスクロージャーなど)
- ソフトウェア開発への情熱(アクティブなオープンソースコントリビューター、Gitコードレビューなど)
