仕事内容及びアピールポイント:

おかざき福祉会では、顔なじみの入居者さまとコミュニケーションを取りながら一人ひとりの生活環境に合わせた看護を行っております。日々顔を合わせているため入居者さまの日々の心身を感じながら、入居者さまへ自分がしたいと思う看護、理想の看護が実現できます。また、おかざき福祉会では施設が多く看護師同士の連携が強いため悩み事も一人で抱え込まず法人全体で解決へ向かう事ができます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

■入居者さまの体調管理、日々のバイタル測定

■服薬管理

■体調不良時、急変時の対応

早出手当 1回800円

宅直手当 1回1000円~

住宅手当 2万6800円(上限)
