We are seeking a Tokyo-based Associate to join our On-Site Solutions team, responsible for delivering a comprehensive and excellent workplace experience to our people and clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as an operational manager with front-of-house hospitality experience and fluency in English and Japanese. Key skills include leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop credibility with clients. Key responsibilities include partnering with regional teams to deliver best-in-class hospitality and document management provisions, ensuring operations meet health and safety standards, and building relationships with key business stakeholders. The team is part of the Corporate and Workplace Solutions division, which focuses on commercial management, client support, and advisory solutions. - Partner with regional teams to deliver best-in-class hospitality and document management provisions.
- Ensure operations meet health and safety standards and comply with local regulations.
- Build relationships with key business stakeholders to support operations and drive improvement.
- Identify operating efficiencies and deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure adherence to audit protocols and risks are logged and remediation plans are implemented.
- Collaborate with the Sustainable Operations team to focus on sustainability across hospitality and DMG businesses.
- Support an integrated workforce experience across On-Site Solutions.
