【仕事内容】
「【茨城】Senior Sustaining Engineer」のポジションの求人です
製造技術エンジニア(プロジェクトエンジニア)として主に営業利益率拡大に関連する戦略的プロジェクトの計画・主導を行い、変更管理と優れた問題解決原則を活用する責任を負います。主に消耗品製造分野において、多面的なチームと緊密に連携し、プロセス改善に注力します。
【具体的な業務内容】
■製造プロセスの特性評価を実行・主導し、製造能力の向上を推進する
■経験に基づく視点と知見を活用して複雑な問題を解決し、若手社員の指導役を務める
■製造プロセス、機械設備、プロジェクト管理に関する広範な知識と実践的専門性を活用し、部門横断的なコスト削減パイプライン構築と実行を主導する
■経験から得た新たな視点で複雑な問題を解決する データに基づく適切な判断を行う
■エンジニアリングソリューションを実行・主導し、営業利益率の拡大を推進する
※担当範囲はつくば工場 1 か所のみ、主な担当業務はコスト削減活動になります。
コスト削減は大きく分けて 2 種類あります。
- 材料差異(Material Variance) に関するもの
スクラップ低減/歩留まり改善
- VAVE(Value Add / Value Engineering) に関するもの
・デザイン変更を通じたコスト削減(製品コストを下げて利益率改善)
・顧客価値向上のためのデザイン変更(顧客からの依頼に応じて、よりニーズに合うデザインにする)
※顧客と直接やり取りすることはありませんが、営業・マーケティングチーム、R&D チーム とはデザイン変更対応のために頻繁に連携します。また、 製造技術(Manufacturing Engineering)チーム とも密接に協力します。

※単にコスト削減を達成するだけではなく、毎年継続的に成果を出すための仕組み(コスト削減ファネル)を維持することが重要になります。
※さらに、新しいメンバーが入ってもスムーズに立ち上がれるよう、プロジェクト遂行の標準化を行うことも重要です。

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
※英文レジュメ必須
■エンジニアリング分野の経験(製造業であれば尚可)
■コスト削減プロジェクトでのリード経験
■工学分野(化学、機械、電気など)の学士号、および該当する実務経験を示す実績(通常、同様の職務における4年以上の経験)
■日本語ネイティブレベル、英語中級レベルの実力
■運転免許
【歓迎要件】
・SAPまたは類似ERPシステム使用経験
・Minitab、JMP、または類似のデータ分析・統計ツール使用経験
【給与】
年収 805 ~ 920 万円
◎固定年俸 700万円~800万円(月額本給 583,333円~666,667円)固定年俸は経験・スキルにより決定
◎業績賞与あり。業績賞与は固定年俸に対して15%。支給額は業績により変動
◎管理監督者のため時間外手当の支給なし
なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
