関東エリアで急成長中の、東証一部上場である当社において、土地仕入れ営業としてご活躍いただける方を増員募集いたします。
【具体的には……】
当社の拡大のために、戸建て分譲住宅の土地仕入れ営業をお任せします。まずは地元企業様などの挨拶周りから始めていただき、案件をご紹介をいただけるためのパイプづくりを行います。3ヶ月目頃から、定期的に案件をくださる会社様ができてくるので、ご紹介いただいた案件への回答や見積書の作成、契約等を行っていただきます。
※基本的に挨拶周りは1日10件程度です。
※お客様例:ハウスDO様、住友不動産様、東急リバブル様、地場の不動産会社様等
<ノルマ>
基本個人ノルマはなく、チーム全体で数値を追っていく形になりますので、数値的な圧力等はありません。上長と決めた目標を3ヶ月ごとに追っていただきます。

火,水,夏季,年末,有給,慶弔,特になし(シフト制などによる) この職場は完全週休2日制で、基本的に火曜日と水曜日が休みです。また、GW、夏季、年末年始の休暇があり、有給休暇は初年度に入社月に応じて2日から10日付与され、勤続年数に応じて最大20日まで増えます。さらに、慶弔休暇や結婚休暇、生理休暇、介護休暇、産休育休制度も整っており、特に育休取得実績が高いのが特徴です。
