金属回収トラックドライバー・工場内金属分別作業

仕事内容


残業月1時間未満の、トラック運転手のお仕事です。

夜勤はありません。

基本は一人作業なので、自分のペースで働けるほか、モクモクと集中して

業務をこなすことが可能です。

鉄、ステンレス、アルミなどの金属屑をトラックで回収。

回収の際に小型移動式クレーンを使います。

運搬した金属を工場内で、種類別に分別して販売します。

その他に機械、工場備品類の重量物運搬作業もします。

また事務所、倉庫、工場などの片づけ作業もします。

*回収エリアは、名古屋南部を除く名古屋市内。

*作業着、安全靴(無償貸与)

・残業月1時間未満 夜勤なし

・食事補助制度あり 昼食にお弁当を支給しています。

・トラック10台所有 取り合いになりません。

・運転する範囲は近場で、遠くても片道1時間以内です。

(岡崎市、あま市、弥冨市など)

・先輩社員は皆積極的に仕事を教えてくれる雰囲気で、

最初のうちは同乗するなど、面倒見がいいです。

研修は1ヶ月程度です。

・売り上げは右肩上がりで、安定性があります。

将来的には平均年収550万円目指しています。

・営業は社長がすべて担当しているため、社員は運送業務に集中できます。

訪問は1日3件くらいで、既存のみです。

・運送/配送/運輸/運搬/運転手/ドライバーの経験ある方優遇

基本給:月給 33万5000円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

・基本給:335,000円~450,000円

※固定残業代なし

・賞与あり:計2.5ヵ月(年3回、前年度実績)

・昇給あり:1月あたり5,000円~20,000円(前年度実績)

  • 給与は毎月20日締め、当月末日支払いです。

※実績や状況に応じて、該当者のみ下記の手当を支給。

・通勤手当(交通費支給):月上限30,000円
