ギフトとして購入されるお客様が多く
多彩なフレーバーや期間限定品なども◎
入社後の流れ
入社後は、オリエンテーションを経て
店舗でのOJTをスタート
まずは接客・販売業務からお任せします。
また製造業務がある店舗では、
先輩がお菓子づくりの流れやコツをレクチャー。
未経験の方でも1ヶ月ほどでひと通りの業務を学びながら成長できます
わからない事があれば遠慮なく質問&相談してください♪
将来のキャリアパス

未経験で入社した20代メンバーも、
早い方であれば入社3か月~半年で店長へ

月給22万円~33万円 + 残業代100%支給 + 各種手当 + 賞与年2回

★店長経験をお持ちの方は優遇。店長に昇格すると月給とは別に店長手当(月2万円)を支給
★その他経験・スキル・前職給与なども考慮いたします。
