Ensure accurate financial reporting under global and local standards.
Advise management on local accounting matters (e.g., revenue recognition, accruals).
Manage local audits and ensure timely statutory filings.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Report financial results and key accounting matters to stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
10 years of experience in statutory accounting or financial reporting
Strong knowledge of local and global accounting standards.
Proficiency in SAP
Fluent Japanese and business level English
