必要な条件/経験:

  • 準学士号、もしくは職業専門学校の認定を持っているか、関連する技術分野のその他の認定訓練を受けていること(同等の実務経験でも可)。
  • 産業施設の制御システム(自動化 PLC を含む)の開発、運用、保守、トラブルシューティングのいずれかに携わった 2 年以上の経験。
  • 日本語による優れたコミュニケーション能力を備え、担当地域のステークホルダーと連携して共同作業を行えること。
  • 標準的な就業時間外に業務を行えること(夜間、週末、祝日の勤務や、さまざまなローテーション / シフトでの勤務など)。

望ましい経験/スキル:

  • システム管理関連の業界標準の認定資格(CompTIA A+、CompTIA Network+、CompTIA Security+、Windows または Linux システム認定管理者など)。
  • 制御 / 自動化または建設 / 技術関連の環境、もしくは関連分野で業務に携わった経験。
  • データセンター、病院、発電所、研究所で業務に携わった経験。
  • 計測器、デバイス、センサー、リレー機器、標準的な手工具の知識と、デジタル計測器、較正 / 診断機器を使用したトラブルシューティングに関する知識。
  • ネットワーキングの基礎知識とサイバー セキュリティに関する知識を持ち、オペレーティング システムに習熟していること。
  • 専門分野のプログラミング コードを記述、理解、トラブルシューティングできること。

データセンター チームは、世界でも有数の性能を持つ電気工学システム、機械工学システム、暖房換気空調システムの設計と運用を担当しています。Google のデータセンター施設で働く技術者の職務は、物理設備の運用、管理、サポートを行うことです。これらの職務には、空調や水冷の温度管理、電源、発電機、無停電電源装置、配電、制御システム、モニタリング システムの管理も含まれます。また、冷水配管や、緊急性がない電気・機械システムのコンポーネントなど、さまざまなデータセンター システムの定期的な検査、維持、修復を支援することも職務の一環です。設計図や回路図の確認、システムの案内、システムの状態の評価を行い、上級技術者の日常業務をサポートしてください。

この職種では、施設内でのベスト プラクティスの実施を促し、クリエイティブなアプローチで運用コストを削減するとともに、データセンターの全体的な効率性を高めることが求められます。また、環境標準や安全基準が常に遵守されていることを確認し、問題の発見と修復を迅速に行うことも必要です。さらに、緊急事態や異常事態の際には、データセンターのパフォーマンスの問題や障害を管理し、復旧時間を最小限に抑えてください。

データセンター チームは、世界でも有数の性能を持つ電気システムおよび空調システムの設計と運用を担当しています。メンバーは、明るく創造的なエンジニア チームの一員として、強力なデータセンターの設計と運用に協力して取り組んでいます。

業務内容

  • サーバー、ネットワーク機器、PLC などを含むさまざまなデータセンター システムの検査、維持、修復を行う。これには、システム管理、アクセス制御、アラームの点検、SCADA の管理なども含む。
  • 設計図、回路図、ラダーロジック図、作業手順の確認、システムの案内、システムの状態の評価を行い、技術者の日常業務をサポートする。
  • 制御 / モニタリング / ロギング / 警報システムを管理する。
  • データセンター施設のシステムと機器の運用、モニタリング、保守、および異常事態への対応を行う。
  • 新しい制御機器とシステムの起動、試運転、施設インフラストラクチャへの統合をサポートする。
