オープニングスタッフの募集です

2026年3月末オープニング予定

【業務内容】

【1】弊社本社の受注センターから

送られてきた伝票をチェック

【2】アルバイトさんに配送先を振り分け

※研修時、繁忙時などは社員も行います。

【3】倉庫内の在庫管理/発注/検品 等

※事務所・倉庫内での作業がメイン

在庫を多く抱えていない店舗様が多いため、

足りなくなったお酒などを都度発注頂きます。

お得意様が多いのでお店も覚えやすいです

配送には徒歩や自転車で向かいますが

アルバイトさんがメインで、

始めはお店を覚えるためにも

社員さんにもお任せします。

【給与】

月給:31万8658円

固定残業代:36,472円(1日1時間、月21.25時間分)、22:00~翌5:00夜勤手当込み

物価上昇手当5000円込み

勤務時間・曜日:

■19時~翌4時(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

昼勤務、夜勤務の2交代制で

シフトが組まれています。

夜勤務のみの希望者が

昼勤務になる、もしくはその逆はありません。

ほぼ希望通りにシフトを組みますので、

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥318,658 〜 ¥400,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥36,472(21時間15分相当分)を含む。21時間15分を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
