横浜市を拠点に、オフィスビルや商業施設のサッシ・カーテンウォールの設計を行う「株式会社Arrows」です。
業務拡大に伴い設計補助・作図を行っていただけるビジネスパートナー(業務委託)を募集します。
【具体的な仕事内容】
サッシ・カーテンウォールの施工図作成
指示書や基本データを基にした作図・修正作業
納まり検討の補助
Web会議ツール(Google Meet, Teams等)を用いた打ち合わせ
【使用ソフト】
AutoCAD(必須)
※Jw_cad等の他ソフト不可
【報酬について】
出来高制(案件ごとの固定報酬)
ご依頼する図面の枚数、難易度、ボリュームに応じて都度お見積り・ご相談の上決定します。
報酬例(目安):
サッシ納まり図・姿図(A3):1枚 3,000円〜
修正作業・軽微なトレース:1式 5,000円〜
中規模案件一式(プロジェクト単位):100,000円〜
※上記はあくまで目安です。スキルや経験を考慮して決定します。

※試用期間(トライアル案件)あり

簡単な「職務経歴(サッシ作図の経験年数・携わった物件種別など)」と、「稼働可能な時間帯」を記載の上、ご応募ください。
ポートフォリオ(過去の図面サンプル)がある場合は、物件名や建物が特定できないよう加工した上でご提示いただけますと選考がスムーズです。

完全リモートワーク(在宅): 全国どこからでも作業可能です。出社の必要はありません。
作図ルール・マニュアルあり: 弊社の作図ルールや判断基準をまとめたマニュアルを用意しています。個人のやり方を尊重しつつ、迷いやすい部分はルール化していますので、安心して作業に入れます。
求める人材:
【必須】サッシ・カーテンウォール等の作図実務経験がある方
【必須】AutoCADの操作に慣れている方
【重要】日中(9:00〜17:00頃)、連絡が比較的スムーズに取れる方
作業自体は夜間や早朝に行っていただいても構いません(納期厳守であれば自由です)。
ただし、Google Meet等での打ち合わせ、チャットでの質疑応答は日中に行いますので、そこで連絡がつく方を求めています。

- 業務委託契約のため、決まった勤務時間や曜日の指定はありません。
- ご自身の裁量で進めていただけます。
【連絡・打ち合わせについて】
- 実際の作業時間は夜間や早朝でも構いませんが、日中の連絡(チャットやWeb会議等)がスムーズに取れる方を希望します。
- 連絡対応の目安: 平日 9:00〜17:00頃
- ※常時接続している必要はありませんが、半日以上返信がない等はNGとしています。
休暇・休日:
原則自由
業務委託のため、ご自身のスケジュールに合わせて自由に調整可能です。
「平日はガッツリ、土日は休み」や「土日メインで稼働」など、ライフスタイルに合わせて働けます。
勤務地:
完全在宅勤務
受動喫煙対策:屋内原則禁煙(※在宅勤務のため、実際の作業環境によります)
アクセス:
完全在宅勤務のため、出社の必要はありません。
全国どこからでも業務可能です。
※面接等の選考プロセスも全てオンライン(Web会議)で行います。
給与:
月末締め、翌月末払い(銀行振込)
インボイス登録の有無は問いません(未登録の方も歓迎です)。
スキルや習熟度に応じて、単価アップも検討します。
