BD活動サポートの中核を担う組織として、5年前に創設された部署となります。世の中全体の動きやビジネスを取り巻く環境が急速に変化し、当事務所の国際化も進む中、BD活動は経営基盤強化に必須であり、事務所が一体性を持って、クライアント開拓、リレーションシップマネジメント支援、プレゼンス向上を行えるように、本部の経営陣、各法務分野のチームや国内外の拠点、各部署とも協働しながら活動を推進しています。

■職務内容
・新規・既存クライアント向けの効果的な提案書・営業資料の作成
・当事務所の外部評価適正化およびプレゼンス向上のため、各種ランキング・表彰の戦略策定、選考書類の作成、インタビューの同席
・営業戦略の策定にあたり、所内実績および市場環境の調査・分析
・各種イベントにおける当日応対サポート
・そのほか各法務分野のチームや国内外の拠点のBDサポート全般
■求める要件
【必須条件】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(TOEIC750程度)をお持ちの方( チーム内のコミュニケーションや会議の多くが英語で行われます)
・高い業務処理能力を持ち、プレッシャーのある環境下で、スピード感をもって業務を遂行した経験をお持ちの方・営業資料等の文章作成経験をお持ちの方(3年以上)
・高度な事務処理能力、PCスキル(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)をお持ちの方

・法律事務所、コンサルィングファーム、会計事務所等での類似のご経験

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced business development professional to join our team and support our strategic growth and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Support: Work closely with practice groups to develop and implement business development plans and initiatives that enhance the firm's profile, reputation, and market position in key sectors and regions, in alignment with the firm's vision and strategic goals.
Pitching: Prepare pitches, presentations, and capability statements in both Japanese and English for prospective and existing clients, in collaboration with partners and lawyers.
Legal Directories & Award Submissions: Coordinate and prepare submissions for legal directories and awards across various practice areas, regions, and sectors. Manage all related processes, including partner interviews and participation in award ceremonies.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to assess the firm's performance, monitor industry trends, and gather competitive and client intelligence. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management and practice groups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance the profile of the firm and its lawyers, including supporting events, roadshows, and other initiatives that promote the firm's presence and reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, law, or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship management in a law firm or a professional services environment.
Proven ability to produce high-quality written materials, such as client proposals, marketing materials, and similar content.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities and challenges in a dynamic and competitive market.
High level of professionalism, initiative, and creativity, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant software and tools.
Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment and collaborating effectively with international team members and lawyers.
Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
