■職務内容
DX推進課では、DYMグループ全体の業務効率化を実現するために、最新のデジタル技術を駆使して業務プロセスの最適化に取り組んでいます。
具体的には、以下の業務をお任せします:
各組織の業務効率化支援やコンサルティング
・業務分析・課題抽出(業務フローの可視化、非効率なプロセスの洗い出し)
・WebスクレイピングやRPA、外部API連携を活用した業務効率化
・数理モデルや統計的手法を用いたデータ分析(AIによる意思決定支援)
・分散管理された情報をDB化により一元管理(データの整合性の向上と迅速なアクセスの実現)

■エンジニア経験2年以上

開発ツール:Github,GitLab
